That is not an american deadlift...you going way too low...you should finish around your knees...and the spine is not natural when your neck is lifted that way...

Hi! Is this also for men? I am man and did this with my mother-in-law but it was brutal! I only managed with soda cans as weights but failed during the 2nd set of curls when my arms completely gave up and I stopped :( My MIL did all 3 sets using 30 lb barbell! Her biceps bulge like yours and are rock hard! I feel really low and defeated 😟

I’m really not trying to be rude but you need to go lower on reverse v’s (and hacks) your hip join still needs to get parallel to your knee, it’s a glute and quad dominant lift, your quad won’t get a full stretch at that angle unless you hit same (or more) depth than your normal squat.

To explain how and why you perform the exercise properly and don't hurt yourself. It's less than a minute long and you are acting like this was some huge waste of your time lol. Don't go to a personal trainer because you'll hurt yourself trying to bench 500lbs because your trainer won't just shut up.
